The conference about the pilot units of Shandong province which carried out the standardization of the service industry was held in Dongying on the morning of September 29. The conference was organized by Shandong Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and Shandong Development Reform Commission. The conference commended the pilot units of Shandong province and summed up the work of the whole province about standardization of the service industry.
