He is also responsible for contacting Shandong Quality and Technical supervision Cadres' School, Service Center and Shandong Province Quality Technica Director Bureau Instrument Supply Station. And he is assistant of Mr. Cong Daming to manage Personnel Division.

Mr. Liu Deliang (Deputy- Director General) is in charge of the Policies and Regulations Division，Quality Supervision Division and Food Supervision Division. He is also responsible for contacting Shandong Supervision and Inspection Institute for Product Quality and Provincial Inspection Bureau.

Mr. Zhang Jian (Deputy- Director General) holds the Position of the Party Leadership Group member of Shandong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and Deputy Director of this bureau. He is also in charge of related issues about communication and cooperation between two bureaus.
